Yoga Sessions Included

There is a unique yoga session for each day of the week, plus 2 bonus workouts. Each session is recorded in full HD, so you can play it on your ipad, laptop, desktop computer, or hook it up to your big screen tv and do the sessions along with me in your lounge.

Day 1 - Yoga Power
Power yoga is about generating strength and energy through every aspect of your body. We use the essence of cross training to generate power and integrity. You will build power inside and out and develop a piercing focus and precision with each move.

Day 2 - Yoga Strength
Here we build strength not only in the mind but also in the body. It’s about learning how to deal with challenging situations with a yoga focus. There will be times when you want to run away from the challenge. But stay true to yourself, stay committed and focussed through to the end. You will be so glad you did.

Day 3 - Yoga Cardio
This yoga is all about cardio. We take the body through a journey where we lift the heart rate and find that burn in our muscles. We stay true to the essence of yoga, we stay committed to our breath and our focus. You can take recoveries at any time, but you want to honour what your body needs. Trust your inner wisdom and take your body to new places.

Day 4 - Yoga Release
In this yoga session we work on our mobility and flexibility, releasing areas where we hold tension and emotions. Strength is pointless unless you have the flexibility and the mobility to match it. We are teaching our body and our mind to become more flexible.

Day 5 - Yoga Balance
Balance has so many different meanings, and this yoga routine is no exception. We need balance in our lives and in our bodies. Find that beautiful balance between yin and yang like a peace sign. When you get that balance right, your body and your mind is optimized.

Day 6 - Yoga Twist
This is about twisting and nourishing your spine. After this routine you will be feeling amazing! We don’t twist our spine enough. We tend to neglect it and squash it on chairs and keep it really rigid. Use this routine to gently allow your spine to become more supple.

Day 7 - Yoga Energize
Through a series of back bends we energize our body. The routine starts off with some gentle flowing moves, then we set the body up perfectly to be able to take advantage of the power of different back bends. These movements enhance your blood flow, energize your body and improve the mobility of your spine.
